1. The starting point: we hold no user data

The app works on your own device. Your projects, conversations, stakeholders and reports never reach us. There are no accounts, no passwords and no user database. Who a change agent spoke to stays on that agent's device; only patterns travel in mission files, between you and your agents, never through us.

2. What we do process

Contact form. Name, email address and message, used only to answer you. Mail is delivered through Combell (Belgium, EU) as our provider. Kept as long as the conversation needs, then deleted.

Pro licence purchases. Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle processes your billing details under its own privacy policy; we receive confirmation of the purchase, not your payment data.

Website statistics. Our analytics run on our own server, without cookies and without personal data: aggregated counts only, no identifiers, no cross-site tracking.

3. Legal bases

Answering your message: our legitimate interest in responding to you. Licence administration: performance of the contract. We never sell data and never use it for advertising.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of the little we hold. Write to contact@cohentis.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

5. Changes

When this notice changes, the date above changes with it.
