These terms cover the Cohentis website (cohentis.com) and the Cohentis companion app. By using either, you agree to them. Cohentis is offered by Barandat BV, Arthur Puesstraat 400, 1502 Lembeek (Halle), Belgium, VAT BE 0773.760.090. Questions: contact@cohentis.com.

1. Who Cohentis is for

Cohentis is a professional tool, offered to businesses, organisations and professionals. By purchasing a licence you confirm you are acting in a professional capacity.

2. The free app

The app runs in your browser and works on your own device, without an account. Free use includes the full method: the foundation, planning, measuring, anchoring, creating missions and the field work. You may use it for any number of your own change projects.

Because your work stays on your own device, it is yours and yours alone. That also means backing up your work file is your responsibility. We cannot recover what we never had.

3. The Pro licence

The Pro licence adds merging returned mission files and reports without the watermark, at the price shown on the website per change manager per month. Change agents never need a licence. Purchases are handled by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle's checkout terms apply to the transaction. The licence is unlocked with a passkey, not an account. Keep the passkey safe: it is the licence.

The licence runs monthly and you can cancel at any time; it then remains active until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.

4. Fair use

Do not resell, sublicense or share the licence outside your organisation, attempt to circumvent the licence check, or use the app for anything unlawful. One licence covers one change manager.

5. Intellectual property

The app, the method texts and the website are the property of Barandat BV. Your project data is yours: we claim no rights to anything you create in the app.

6. Care, not guarantees

We build and maintain Cohentis with reasonable professional care, and we intend to keep it available and working. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Cohentis supports your judgment as a change manager; it does not replace it. Our liability is limited to what Belgian law allows for a best-effort commitment of this kind.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the website. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

8. Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Brussels, unless mandatory law says otherwise. We would rather hear from you first: contact@cohentis.com.
