Refund policy

Only the Pro licence involves payment. Everything else in Cohentis is free, so there is nothing to refund: you can try the full method, the missions and the field work before spending anything.

14 days, money back

Not satisfied within 14 days of your first purchase? You get your money back, no questions asked. Email contact@cohentis.com or use the link in your Paddle receipt.

Cancelling

The licence runs monthly. Cancel at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After the first 14 days we do not refund started months.

How refunds are paid

Purchases are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.

Cohentis is sold to businesses and professionals; this policy is our commercial promise on top of what the law requires. It does not limit any mandatory statutory rights.
